DeKalb Convention & Visitors Bureau Launches Television Ad Campaign During Summer Olympics

DeKalb Convention & Visitors Bureau (DCVB) has partnered with the DeKalb County Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs for an Olympic television commercial campaign on 11Alive. The campaign will kick off this Saturday, July 28, 2012 with spots airing during the Olympics in the daytime as well as throughout morning and evening news coverage.

There will be a total of 88 spots during this campaign distributed between DCVB and the DeKalb County Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs, reaching a minimum of 2,094,236 households and 3,270,691 adults 18+.

The ad campaign is designed to bring greater awareness of DeKalb County’s attractions, international festivals, parks, dining options and shopping. The overall objective is to bring more visitors to DeKalb County for Weekend Getaways or Family Reunions.
